How quickly will my order ship?

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Because orders are processed quickly, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

How do I choose a size?

How should I care for my Noopy pieces?

Wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Use mild detergent, avoid bleach, and hang dry when possible. Do not iron directly over printed graphics.

Returns

Are returns or exchanges accepted?

All sales are final because Noopy releases are produced and stocked in limited quantities. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
